The fact that the Brooklyn Nets are considered to be one of the heavy favorites to go all the way this coming season has done little to prevent rumors from emerging about the team possibly breaking up its fearsome Big 3. Nets superstar Kyrie Irving has been linked to a possible trade away from Brooklyn, which clearly, does not sit well with the seven-time All-Star.

According to NBA insider Nick Wright of FS1, Irving has made it abundantly clear that he has no intention of leaving Brooklyn. As a matter of fact, he's reportedly willing to take extreme measures to ensure that this does not happen:

Needless to say, Kyrie Irving wants to remain with the Nets. He joined good buddy Kevin Durant in Brooklyn a couple of years ago with one clear mission in mind, and he has no intention of leaving until they win a championship. As a matter of fact, not even a title might change his mind. Irving did exactly that when he walked away from LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers after winning a chip a few years back, but times have definitely changed for the 29-year-old point guard.

Let this serve as a warning for opposing teams who are even considering trading for Kyrie Irving. Not only will they get a disgruntled superstar in any trade deal, but he's now saying that he's literally going to walk away if he gets shipped off to another squad.
