Kyrie Irving cuts a divisive figure in the NBA, but that doesn't mean that the Brooklyn Nets star was not going to interact with fans.

He showed some love to the Nets' younger fans after their 121-111 overtime victory against the Detroit Pistons. He gave his game-worn shoes to a young boy who was asking for it during his birthday, and his jersey went to a young girl after a warm embrace. Both fans cried due to being overwhelm with emotions.

ESPN captured the tender the moment that gave fans all of the positive feels.

Irving gave these two young fans and the rest of the Nets fanbase a reason to be teary-eyed due to his performance. He finished the night with 45 points, 6 rebounds, and 7 assists in 40 minutes of play. He single-handedly brought the Nets back from losing to the Pistons and run away with an impressive victory.

Kyrie Irving showcased a strong case for him to be named to the All-Star game. It will be surprising if he doesn't get the nod from fellow players and coaches.
