TMNT BEAT-EM-UP TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES: SHREDDER'S REVENGE GAMEPLAY REVEALED

The new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT)Beat-Em-Up game makes a callback to the '80s. Back when arcade games were most popular, Ninja Turtles was among one of the best arcade beat-em-up games. Now, a new TMNT Beat-Em-Up Arcade Game will be coming to both the Nintendo Switch and PC through Steam. Play as Leonardo, Donatello, Michaelangelo, and Raphaelo in side-scrolling stages beating up bad guys stage by stage. Each one of the ninja turtles has its own unique weapons and move set. Beat Foot Clan soldiers and the villainous Shredder with up to four players all playing locally!

Short gameplay footage of TMNT: Shredder's Revenge featured in the April 14 Indie Games Showcase of Nintendo. Developed by the same people who did the successful beat-em-up Streets of Rage 4TMNT: Shredder's Revenge does everything a new Ninja Turtles Beat-Em-Up should. It pays homage to the original arcade classic, even taking inspiration from the first stage of that game, where the Turtles fight against Bebop and Rocksteady. Beautiful full-color pixel art graphics ups the nostalgia factor of the game, enhanced with fresh new mechanics.

TMNT: Shredder's Revenge will be a great game to play during a game night. Order the pizza and pass the controllers and play this insanely fast-paced beat-em-up classic. While officially announced for both the Nintendo Switch and Windows PC, the game actually doesn't have a release date yet. Apart from “later this year,” the Indie Game Showcase didn't mention an exact release window, so better stay tuned for more details soon.
