With the 2018 NFL Draft just over a week away, Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield is making his final pre-draft visit stops. He’s slated to visit with the Denver Broncos on Monday and will then head down south to meet with the Arizona Cardinals, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

As the pre-draft visits wrap up this week, #Oklahoma QB Baker Mayfield flies to Denver later today for a #Broncos visit, then it’s on to the #AZCardinals after that.

The Broncos currently own the No. 5 pick in the draft, but they are reportedly open to trading the pick if they don’t like the quarterback options on the board. Denver will have free-agent signing Case Keenum set to start at quarterback for the upcoming season with former first-round pick Paxton Lynch as his backup.

Denver has been strongly linked with Mayfield in the past. They reportedly “clicked” during their Combine meeting. There was also a rumor going around earlier this month that Mayfield was expected to be their pick.

As for the Cardinals, they have a more pressing need to find a long-term quarterback. They signed Sam Bradford this offseason, but he has a long track record of knee injuries which have kept him from staying on the field consistently. They also have Mike Glennon and Brandon Doughty backing him up.

The Cardinals are currently slated to pick at 15th, but they will likely need to trade up well into the top 10 if they hope to have any shot at drafting Mayfield if he sufficiently impresses them in their upcoming meeting.
