With the NFL draft being only one day away, one of the most intriguing storylines to follow is where Josh Rosen is going to end up.

He has all the talent to be an NFL quarterback but there are a lot of people who have questioned if he has the personality to lead an NFL locker room. Rosen, however, doesn't think that is the case and recently told PFT Live that he has the personality to lead an NFL locker room.

“I think I’m an alpha personality,” Rosen said. “I think I’m that dude. I think I’m gonna go into a locker room. I’m obviously gonna know my place. I’m gonna work my butt off. I’m gonna earn the respect of my teammates first. But as time moves on and I turn more into that leadership role I think I will hold guys accountable. I will hold myself accountable.”

“I’m gonna be that dude that at the end of the season when the game’s on the line and you look your teammates in the eye you can promise them and assure them that you are gonna go down the field and score a touchdown.”

Even being an Alpha guy, Rosen doesn't actually think that means it's the loudest guy in the locker room or the one who is always talking.

“The alpha guy doesn’t actually necessarily mean you’re talking,” Rosen said. “It just means you carry yourself like it. When people look at you they know what they’re getting. They know that you’re doing the right thing at all times. With regards to different personalities, I think that’s why leadership is a progression over time.

Those are some really interesting comments and it will be interesting to know how NFL teams view the interview. What Rosen has an idea of what a leader looks like is probably a lot different than what NFL teams looking for a quarterback think.
