The 2020 NFL Draft is expected to feature one of the deepest receiver classes in recent history. And Oklahoma wide receiver CeeDee Lamb is confident that he stands out among the rest.

Lamb has had no problem establishing himself as arguably the best wideout prospect in this year's draft. According to Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports, Lamb feels his versatility makes him the best at his position of the group:

“My yards after the catch … My versatility, I can do in and outside, I can run any route in the route tree that you need. I'm the bigger target. And I'm a go-getter. I love to play football.”

Lamb kept it short and sweet when referencing what he brings to the table. It is safe to say that he has good reason to be confident given the skill set he showed off while at Oklahoma.

Lamb currently shares the top spots at his position group with Alabama wide receivers Jerry Jeudy and Henry Ruggs III following a stellar performance from the trio at the NFL Combine earlier this year. The event turned out to be the only chance he had to establish himself as a cut above his fellow colleagues after restrictions were placed by the league in an effort to combat the coronavirus pandemic. Fortunately, it seems he was able to leave quite the impression.

It now remains to be seen whether or not Lamb will be the first receiver off the board ahead of Jeudy and Ruggs. Although getting taken early is important for many players, their biggest concern should be making sure they go to the right team.
