Former LSU tight end Thaddeus Moss will undergo foot surgery after suffering a Jones fracture in his right foot. According to the NFL Network, Moss's recovery will take six to eight weeks, however, the injury will not affect his draft stock.

Moss, the son of Hall of Famer Randy Moss, played phenomenal at LSU last season. He played a vital role in the Tigers championship run, catching 47 passes for 570 yards and four touchdowns.

Before Moss found out about his foot injury, he already expressed that he wasn't planning to work out at the NFL Scouting Combine.
“I'm waiting for my pro day April 3,” and added: “Just the long, grueling season that we had. SEC West, physical games, our season just ended not too long ago. Trying to rest my body and rest my mind. I'm also trying to put my best foot forward and put all my focus on the pro day.”
However, Miss did travel to Indianapolis for interviews and a physical. Due to his injury, NFL teams will not be able to see Moss do any on-field work before the 2020 NFL Draft in April.
Nonetheless, NFL general managers will most likely take it his injury under consideration. Moss is projected to be a late-round pick in the upcoming draft.
Moss transferred to LSU after catching six passes as a freshman at NC State in 2016. However, the 21-year-old sat out for two seasons due to transfer rules and then missed the 2018 season after suffering a fracture in his left foot.
