There are multiple teams inquiring about the Detroit Lions No. 3 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, including the Jacksonville Jaguars. In the event that the Jaguars are able to get the No. 3 pick, they could target Andrew Thomas, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

It has been assumed that the Miami Dolphins would be the team that makes a move for the No. 3 pick in the first round. While Miami has spoken to the Lions about a trade, the Jaguars have emerged as a team that could give the Dolphins a run for their money.

When the reports came out that Jacksonville could make a move to the No. 3 pick, most people assumed they wanted Jeffrey Okudah or even Tua Tagovailoa. On the contrary, it appears they are interested in possibly taking Thomas early in the first round.

Throughout the pre-draft process, there have been differing opinions on who the best offensive tackle is in the 2020 NFL Draft. At the least, there's a general consensus of who the top four offensive tackles are in this year's class. Besides Thomas, Jedrick Wills, Mekhi Becton, and Tristan Wirfs are also drawing interest early in the first round.

If Thomas ends up in Jacksonville, the Jaguars plan on having him play left tackle. In addition, they would have Cam Robinson move to guard, and Jawaan Taylor would remain at right tackle, according to Rapoport.

Of course, there's still the chance that the Jaguars are unable to complete a trade with the Lions for the No. 3 pick. But if they are able to snag the No. 3 pick, don't be surprised if they select the left tackle out of Georgia.
