Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady have put FOX Sports and sportscaster Joe Buck in a pickle. After the release of the 2020 MLB postseason schedule, spectators and fans wondered who would be the announcer of a possible NLCS Game 7 between the Atlanta Braves and Los Angeles Dodgers.

In normal circumstances, Game 7s in modern baseball playoff series are never played on Sundays, but this time a Game 7 of Braves-Dodgers — if needed — would coincide with the Tampa Bay BuccaneersGreen Bay Packers matchup on Sunday. With Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers set to do battle once more, it was announced on Thursday that Joe Buck will call that game instead of the Dodgers-Braves Game 7 if necessary.

In Buck's absence, sportscaster Joe Davis will fill in for Game 7, giving Buck the opportunity to handle the epic quarterback showdown in Tampa. Joe Buck will be available for Games 1-6 of the Dodgers-Braves series, but not a possible Sunday finale.

Joe Buck knows the Packers are coming off a bye week after defeating the Atlanta Falcons in Week 4. They're currently undefeated for the season with a 4-0 record. Rodgers completed 81.82 percent of his passes against the Falcons for 327 yards along with four touchdowns. For the season, he's completed 70.5 percent of his passes along with 13 touchdowns. The 36-year old will look to help the Packers continue their winning streak against the Bucs.

Joe Buck is aware that Brady, 43, hasn't had the exact success that Rodgers has found this season. Yet, after a rough start, Brady has begun finding success in the passing game with Mike Evans. His best performance came in a Week 4 win against the Los Angeles Chargers. He threw five touchdowns while completing 65.2 percent of his passes.
