With the trade deadline rapidly approaching, teams around the league are doing what they can to make some final adjustments to their roster in the 2019 NFL season. Meanwhile, free agent wide receiver Antonio Brown is still waiting to hear his fate from the NFL's front office in order to make his next move.

Brown is currently under investigation for the allegations regarding sexual misconduct. He is still waiting to be interviewed by the league for this matter, via Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk.

Fifteen days after it was reported that the NFL had not yet interviewed Brown in connection with the pending investigation regarding claims of sexual assault and rape made against him in a civil lawsuit, the NFL still hasn’t interviewed Brown.

Brown's ongoing situation has been one of the biggest storylines of the 2019 campaign. He was released by the Oakland Raiders before the start of the regular season and appeared in one game with the New England Patriots before he was let go once again due to the allegations.

Brown is now doing what he can to make back the money he lost out on following his recent tumultuous stretch. However, he must first follow through with the investigation with the NFL before he can do anything. Signing him right now carries plenty of risk for teams since he can still be placed on the commissioner's exempt list. This means that he would still need to be paid but will not be able to participate in practice or play in any games.
