It looks like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Dallas Cowboys are two of the top headliners in the NFL entering the 2020 season.

As per the NFL's schedule release for the 2020 season, it has been revealed that eight teams have five primetime games each for the upcoming season. The Buccaneers and Cowboys are two of those aforementioned teams. Meanwhile, the Baltimore Ravens, New England Patriots, San Francisco 49ers, Green Bay Packers, Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Rams are the others.

This comes as no surprise as the Buccaneers now led by Tom Brady. Despite the fact the franchise hasn't made the playoffs in 13 years, the additions of Brady and Rob Gronkowski have made the Bucs a dark-horse team. Meanwhile, the Cowboys are led by former Pro Bowlers in Dak Prescott, Ezekiel Elliott and Amari Cooper. They'll look to get “America's Team” back into the postseason after a disappointing 2019 season. Dallas missed the playoffs last year despite leading the NFC East during the entire season up until Week 16.

The five nationally televised games are the most in Buccaneers history. They'll play in two Monday Night Football games, two Sunday Night Football matchups and one Thursday Night Football game. In their biggest nationally televised game of the season, Brady and the Bucs will host Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints in Week 9 on Sunday Night Football.

As far as the other teams are concerned, most of them are marquee teams. The Kansas City Chiefs are the defending champs, while the Baltimore Ravens were the best team in the regular season last year.

However, the New England Patriots do come as a bit of a surprise. Although the Patriots have perennially been a marquee team, they're now without Tom Brady. They'll likely be led by second-year QB Jarrett Stidham and are projected by Caesars Sportsbook with a projected win/loss total of 8.5

The 2020 NFL regular season is expected to open up on Sep. 10 on Thursday Night Football between the Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Texans.
