Everyone wants to talk about about the quarterbacks now, but former NFL quarterback Dan Orlovsky wanted to talk about who the best quarterbacks would be five years down the road.

Appearing on ESPN's First Take, Orlovsky listed his top five as Patrick Mahomes, Carson Wentz, Baker Mayfield, Jared Goff, and Deshaun Watson.

Orlovsky has been high on Mayfield since he came into the league, so it's not surprising that he is on the list, but some might have him higher.

“Because Baker Mayfield has got the personality, we only focus on that. What he did at Oklahoma, 33-6. He is the only guy in the history of the Heisman Trophy to finish in the top four in voting three years in a row. He goes to an incredibly poor situation in Cleveland and, in his first year, ties Peyton Manning and Russell Wilson's rookie touchdown passing record. All the guy does is perform at a high level and now he has got an even more talented team around him. This kid has got an incredibly bright future. He will be one of the best,” Orlovsky said.

The only other real surprising thing that could be taken away from this list is that no quarterbacks that were drafted this year are on the list.

A lot of people are high on Kyler Murray and they might have included him on the list, but Orlovsky isn't high enough to include him on the list.

There is still a lot of time for this to work itself out, but it will be interesting to see how accurate this list ends up being in five years.
