The Tennessee Titans were the hosts of the 2019 NFL Draft when it took place in Nashville. And they're hoping to do it again in the near future. While the league has the next few years' worth of locations already decided, Nashville is hoping to host the 2024 or the 2025 NFL Draft.

Just last year, Nashville was the location for the league's annual event. Despite the high expectations going into it, Nashville exceeded them with the number of people who tuned in and the impressive number fans who were in attendance.

Ultimately, the 2019 NFL Draft had 47.5 million people tuning in to watch the draft on television. The event itself drew in another 600,000-plus fans in person. Both of those marks are the most in league history for an NFL Draft.

Seeing how the first time went, Nashville is longing to host the NFL Draft once again. Butch Spyridon, the CEO of the Nashville Convention and Visitors Corporation, revealed on the Titans' website that the city submitted their interest in hosting a future draft. Said Spyridon,

“They have not opened up the bidding process for those years yet … But we have stayed in touch with the league, and we will continue to do so.”

As of right now, the 2021 NFL Draft is set to take place in Cleveland, Ohio. After plans changed in 2020, Las Vegas is slated to be the hosts of the 2022 NFL Draft. Finally, Kansas City is scheduled to be the location for 2023.

Therefore, the city of Tennessee is hosting the event after 2023. Given how the last draft in Nashville went, it would be a surprise if they aren't awarded it for either 2024 or 2025.
