Peyton Manning and Tom Brady met 17 times on the football field throughout their respective NFL careers. Brady won 11 of those matchups and has six Super Bowls compared to Manning's two. However, the two rivals met once again on Sunday.

This time, however, the two faced off against each other on the golf course and Manning came out ahead. The two NFL legends participated in “The Match: Tiger vs. Phil” where the two quarterbacks teamed up with golf icons Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson in a charity golf tournament for COVID-19 relief.

Manning, who was teamed up with Woods, ended up winning 1 up in the rain at Medalist Golf Club in Hobe Sound, Florida.

Not only did the event remind sports fans what they have been missing for the past few months amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, but it also raised over $20 million for several charities (per Will Gray of Golf Channel via NBC Sports).

Both quarterbacks' golf skills were pretty comical throughout the event, but that's why both NFL stars got paid millions of dollars to throw a football and not swing a golf club.

Peyton Manning spoke on him and Tom Brady being a bit out of their element and playing with two of the best golfers in the world on Sunday.

“I know Tom and I were kind of comparing notes and feelings to each other,” Manning said. “To go behind the ropes in these guys’ world and kind of be in the arena with them, it was a really special experience. I was not comfortable the entire time, from the first tee all the way down here,” Manning said.
