The third week of the 2019 NFL regular season with feature a matchup of what should be two of the league's most explosive offenses, as the Cleveland Browns will play host to the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday Night Football according to Joe Reedy of The Associated Press.

Imagine this being billed as a headline matchup two years ago when the Browns were busy going 0-16. This is the first time the franchise is on Sunday Night Football since 2008.

This past season, Cleveland showed signs of life, going 7-8-1 with rookie quarterback Baker Mayfield at the helm and rookie running back Nick Chubb in the backfield.

Then, the Browns went out and landed star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. this offseason, giving Cleveland a lethal receiving duo of Beckham and Jarvis Landry.

Throw in the addition of Kareem Hunt to pair with Chubb in the backfield, and the Browns absolutely should have one of the best offenses in football this coming season.

Meanwhile, we already know what the Rams are capable of, as they just made it all the way to the Super Bowl before falling to the New England Patriots two months ago.

Los Angeles won 13 games on the 2018 campaign courtesy of terrific seasons from quarterback Jared Goff and running back Todd Gurley, not to mention a dynamic receiving corps that features Robert Woods and Brandin Cooks.

Could this actually be a Super Bowl preview?

We should probably pump the brakes on that for now, as the Browns have a heck of a lot to prove, but this should still be a very interesting early-season game that is sure to draw big ratings from across the nation.
