Pro Football Focus' numbers are not exactly enamored with Baltimore Ravens rookie quarterback Lamar Jackson. Meanwhile, they seem to think that Philadelphia Eagles signal-caller Nick Foles has been a bit unlucky this season.

Here is my question: how is this exactly measured? How does one deem a pass a “turnover-worthy pass?” Seems pretty subjective to me.

Regardless, Jackson is not really known for his arm.

In seven starts during his first year in the NFL, he threw for 1,201 yards, six touchdowns, and three interceptions while completing 58.2 percent of his passes and registering a passer rating of 84.5.

He also had a brutal showing in the Ravens' Wild Card Round loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, going nearly three hours in real time without completing a pass and entering the fourth quarter with under 40 yards through the air. He ended up completing 14 of his 29 passes for 194 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception while being sacked seven times and fumbling three times.

However, Jackson sent defenses scrambling all year due to his speed and shiftiness, as the 21-year-old rushed for 695 yards and five touchdowns while averaging 4.7 yards per carry in 2018.

Foles made five regular-season starts this season, throwing for 1,413 yards, seven touchdowns, and four picks, completing 72.3 percent of his passes and posting a passer rating of 96. During the Eagles' Wild Card Round win over the Chicago Bears, Foles was a bit Jekyll and Hyde, going 25-for-40 with 266 yards, two touchdowns and a couple of interceptions.

Foles will likely either become a free agent this offseason or be signed and then traded by Philadelphia.
