After news broke out that “Black Panther” actor Chadwick Boseman has passed away, several NFL players took to Twitter to share their shock and disbelief about the tragic development.

In a post on Boseman's Twitter, his representative revealed that the famous actor passed away due to Stage IV colon cancer. Apparently, the 42-year-old Anderson, South Carolina native had been battling the illness since 2016.
