Terrelle Pryor, who has played quarterback and wide receiver in the NFL, was stabbed on Friday night. According to Adam Schefter, Pryor underwent surgery and is in critical condition after being stabbed.

Pryor, a Pittsburgh native, was stabbed at his Pittsburgh apartment complex on Friday night. The free-agent wide receiver had to undergo surgery and hopefully he's able to make a full recovery soon.

The Ohio State product was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the third round of the 2011 Supplemental Draft. While with the Raiders for three seasons, Pryor started in 10 games at quarterback, throwing for 1,953 yards, nine touchdowns, and 12 interceptions.

The versatile quarterback flashed his athleticism by rushing for 576 yards and two touchdowns in 2013. Upon leaving Oakland, Pryor chose to switch to being a wide receiver in the NFL.

Since then, Pryor has spent time with eight different teams in the NFL. Most recently, the veteran wide receiver was with the Jacksonville Jaguars on their practice squad.

Back in 2016, Pryor had his best season as a wide receiver when he hauled in 77 receptions for 1,007 yards and four touchdowns with the Cleveland Browns. Now, at 30-years-old, Pryor has been waiting for another team to give him a chance to remain in the NFL.

But with Pryor's serious injuries, his career will be put on hold while he attempts to get back to health. It goes without saying that everyone is rooting for Pryor to come out of this unfortunate situation alive and well.

Hopefully, when there are updates on his status, it is due to him making a speedy recovery following his surgery.
