There have been quite a few players from the XFL to sign with teams in the NFL and there could be another one in the near future. With players from the XFL able to sign with NFL teams, Cam Phillips is drawing interest from two teams.

The two teams that are expressing interest are the Miami Dolphins and Cincinnati Bengals. There's no doubt that both teams could use more weapons in their offenses next season.

Last week, P.J. Walker, the quarterback of the Houston Roughnecks was able to land a job with the Carolina Panthers. While Walker played remarkably well for the Roughnecks, his favorite target was Phillips.

Due to the coronavirus, the XFL season was cut short after just five weeks of games. However, in just five weeks, Phillips was able to record 31 catches for 455 yards and nine touchdowns.

Phillips led all wide receivers in the XFL in all three categories. Also, Phillips was able to produce two games where he caught three touchdowns from Walker. With Walker and Phillips in the offense, Houston was the only team in the league to go 5-0 in the first five weeks.

Prior to the XFL, Phillips began his NFL career as an undrafted free agent out of Virginia Tech in 2018 with the Buffalo Bills. In two games with the Bills in 2018, Phillips hauled in just one pass for nine yards on one target. Nevertheless, Phillips could get a chance to prove himself with the Bengals or the Dolphins in the 2020 season after turning some heads in the XFL.
