Chris Harris Jr. will officially hit the NFL free-agent market this week, and four teams are already interested in the cornerback, according to Josina Anderson of ESPN. Anderson names the Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills, New York Jets, and Las Vegas Raiders as the interested parties.

While free agency does not officially begin until Wednesday, teams can now legally talk to impending free agents about potential deals.

Harris has spent the first nine years of his career with the Denver Broncos and is coming off of a 2019 campaign in which he played every game and logged 56 tackles, an interception, a forced fumble and six passes defended.

The 30-year-old, who played his collegiate football at the University of Kansas, went undrafted but eventually signed with the Broncos in 2011.

He appeared in every contest during his rookie year, finishing with 71 tackles, a pick, a fumble recovery and six passes defended.

It did not take long for Harris to establish himself as one of the better cover corners in the NFL, as he made the Pro Bowl as soon as his fourth season after registering 55 tackles, a sack, three interceptions, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and 17 passes defended.

That marked the first of three straight Pro Bowl appearances for Harris, culminating in a First-Team All-Pro selection in 2016 courtesy of the veteran racking up 63 tackles, a couple of picks, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and 11 passes defended. He was also a critical part of a dominant Denver defense that led the way to a Super Bowl title during the 2015-16 campaign.

Harris went on to make another Pro Bowl in 2018.
