The identities of Allen Hurns’ many suitors are slowly being revealed. It started with the Carolina Panthers, who were one of supposedly 10 teams to reach out to the wide receiver after he was released by the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Dallas Cowboys and New York Jets have since set up meetings with Hurns, while the Oakland Raiders also appear to be in the mix as well.

And now, ESPN’s Adam Schefter has added two more names to the list of teams pursuing Hurns along with the Cowboys and Jets: the Baltimore Ravens and the Cleveland Browns.

The Ravens’ interest is a bit surprising after they already signed veteran wideout Michael Crabtree shortly after his release from the Raiders. But given the disappointing production the Ravens got from their receivers last season, Hurns would be a huge upgrade as their third option behind Crabtree and Mike Wallace.

Meanwhile, the Browns also don’t appear to be fully satisfied with their receiving options. They’ve already acquired Jarvis Landry earlier this offseason to pair with Josh Gordon. They also still have former first-rounder Corey Coleman, although they appear ready to move on from him after two disappointing, injury-shortened seasons.

They had their sights set on bringing back Terrelle Pryor to replace Coleman. But with Pryor seemingly choosing between the Jets and Seahawks, Hurns seems like a decent backup plan.

Hurns has not been able to replicate his strong production during his first two years in the league over the last couple seasons. He’s totaled just 74 catches, 961 yards and five touchdowns during that span. Although, that’s still solid production for a No. 3 receiver, which is likely why he’s still garnered a lot of interest around the league.
