Peyton Manning is known as one of the greatest quarterbacks of all-time and ever since he's retired, he's been living his best life. On a day that is slow with news in the NFL, Manning showed up to a Mardi Gras parade in New Orleans.

Manning, who was born in New Orleans, has been enjoying his time outside of football. The future Hall of Famer received his own feature on ESPN+ called “Peyton's Places” and he's had more time with his kids.

In addition, Peyton's father — Archie Manning —was the starting quarterback for the Saints from 1971-1981. Therefore, it shouldn't come as a surprise that Manning spends time with the New Orleans community in his off time.

Just four years ago, Manning was celebrating the second Super Bowl victory of his illustrious career. After hoisting the Lombardi trophy with the Denver Broncos, Manning retired from the NFL after 17 seasons.

Since the end of the 2019 season, there have been rumors that Peyton could get in the booth with his brother, Eli Manning. Earlier this offseason, Eli retired from the New York Giants after 16 years in the NFL.

Even though Peyton shut down the rumors of him commentating with his brother, he did hint at working on something with Eli. Until whatever they have planned comes into fruition, both are relaxing during the offseason.

Without a doubt, it would be extremely fun to see the Manning brothers calling games alongside one another. But with both of their futures being undecided, Peyton can be found at random events like a Mardi Gras parade.
