The Denver Nuggets are definitely one of the winners of the NBA trade deadline. Since acquiring forward Aaron Gordon, the Nuggets have been undefeated. And from an individual standpoint, Gordon has a team-high +69. Nice.

The Magic acquired Gordon together with Gary Clark in exchange for Gary Harris, RJ Hampton, and a future first round pick. Prior to this, the high-flying Gordon expressed his desire to move to a contending team amid the Orlando Magic's horrendous season. He got his wish granted and immediately put in the work.

Gordon, who is mostly known for his rim-rattling dunks, has shown that he's not just a one-trick pony. He can also stand toe-to-toe with the best players in the NBA today, as proven by his defensive effort against Kawhi Leonard when they faced the Los Angeles Clippers.

Gordon, who was instantly inserted into the Nuggets lineup in lieu of veteran Paul Millsap, had a quiet night in their latest win over the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday. The former Arizona star finished with nine points, four rebounds, and three assists, but he did tally a +9.

The Nuggets seem to be a scarier team with Gordon in the fold. While they're stuck at fifth place in the Western Conference with a 32-18 record, fans know how lethal the Nuggets can be in the NBA Playoffs. Remember that they came back from a 3-1 deficit not once, but twice.

When Aaron Gordon fully syncs with the group, who knows what the Mike Malone-coached squad is capable of? Perhaps a trip to the NBA Finals? Or maybe even win it all?
