7-2 center Bol Bol has signed a two-way contract with the Denver Nuggets, according to an official report from Shams Charania of The Athletic.

The Miami Heat selected Bol with the 44th overall pick in this year's draft, but he was later traded to the Nuggets. The Sudanese-American was originally projected to be a top-10 pick, but for whatever reason, he fell into the second round.
Bol, now 19 years of age, played his collegiate ball at the University of Oregon. In his debut with the Ducks — a victory over Portland State — he racked up 12 points, 12 rebounds and three blocks in 23 minutes.
Things were looking up for Bol Bol in his freshman year of college. However, he suffered a left foot injury on December 12, which left him sidelined for the remainder of the season.
The Nuggets are one of two NBA teams that do not have a G League affiliate. For this reason, Bol would likely be assigned to one of the league's 28 other teams on a flex assignment.

The Nuggets finished the 2018-19 regular season campaign with an impressive 54-28 overall record, which earned the team a No. 2 seed in the Western Conference Playoffs. Unfortunately, though, Denver was defeated by the Portland Trail Blazers in the second round.
