Denver Nuggets star Jamal Murray was playing through what seemed like some considerable pain for a chunk of Sunday's Game 6 win against the Los Angeles Clippers.

Murray was checked by the team's medical staff after the game, and according to Mike Singer of The Denver Post, there appears to be little doubt that Murray will be able to suit up for the Nuggets on Tuesday for a pivotal Game 7 matchup.

Murray landed awkwardly after his drive attempt was blocked by Clippers star Paul George early in the third quarter:

Based on the above report, it appears that the Nuggets just dodged a bullet here. Murray has been tremendous for Denver, especially throughout the playoffs, so him having to sit out the final game in the series would have undoubtedly been a huge blow for his team.

Despite the minor injury, Murray was still able to come up big for Denver on Sunday, as he helped them to another astounding comeback in the second half. The Nuggets looked like they were heading home after the Clippers mounted a huge 19-point lead early in the third quarter, but Denver's sheer will and refusal to quit allowed them to steal this one away from LA. Something similar happened in Game 5.

Everything will now be on the line in Game 7 on Tuesday, with both sides just a win away from setting up a matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers in the Western Conference Finals. There will be a lot of pressure on the Clippers, while the Nuggets will be trying to complete a 3-1 comeback for the second series in a row.
