Denver Nuggets guard Gary Harris has been in and out of the team's line-up all season because of various injuries. He has missed a combined six weeks of schedule while rehabbing from hip and hamstring injuries. Right now, he's currently nursing an adductor strain, and head coach Mike Malone would want to ease things up on his young star.

Gary Harris returned Friday night and played 21 minutes off the bench in the Nuggets' 114-104 win against the Dallas Mavericks, scoring eight points and grabbing two rebounds. Prior to that, he has missed the team's last five games. Malik Beasley has been taking his place in the starting line-up.

Despite having injuries to their key players, the Nuggets have remained one of the best teams all season. They are currently second in the Western Conference standings with a 40-18 record. Denver hasn't played at full strength, so it will be interesting to see how they well they play with a completely healthy line-up.

The Nuggets have recently activated former All-Star Isaiah Thomas who's been out for majority of the season with a hip injury that has been nagging him for two years. Both he and Harris are currently on a minutes restriction, as Denver approaches injury issues to their key players with extreme caution.

The final stretch of the season is underway and the Nuggets will be one of the dark horse teams that can give the more talked about contenders in the West a run for their money. However, they also need to make sure that they will be healthy come postseason.
