Denver Nuggets guard Nick Young is back to feeling like a rookie again after recently joining the franchise following a long stay in free agency.

Young was signed by Denver on Dec. 10, and he has already made his season debut by going for six points in nine minutes of action in the Friday win over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

However, there's no doubt that it has been a whirlwind of a week for Young, who admittedly wasn't used to being without a team for so long.

And now that he's officially a part of the Nuggets' roster, he feels like he's back in his rookie season due to his current living arrangments.

From Mike Singer of The Denver Post:

“I only packed for like two days, so I gotta get my brother to bring some stuff up for me,” said Young, who is currently residing in a hotel. “I just got my rental car, so I was Ubering everywhere. Didn’t know the ways to get here, get into the gym. I felt like a rookie all over again.”

Getting settled in a new city takes a little time, and Young may get a chance to get everything he needs for what figures to be a solid run with his new squad.

The Nuggets are off to an excellent 19-9 start this season, and they're riding a two-game winning streak after wins over the Thunder and Memphis Grizzlies.

Next up is an intriguing matchup with the 23-8 Toronto Raptors on Sunday night.
