Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic has his post-NBA career planned out, but surprisingly, it doesn't involve basketball.

Jokic won his second MVP award this season, cementing his status as one of the greatest players to ever step on the NBA hardwood. He is also only the 13th player in league history to ever win back-to-back MVPs, putting him at the top among the best big men we have ever seen.

While his basketball résumé is as impressive as it gets, the Nuggets superstar just loves horses too much. So much so that he sees a career in training horses once he retires from the NBA.

“My dream is to move back to Serbia and become a trotting coach after my basketball career,” Jokic said in an interview with Expressen, per Larry Brown Sports.

Trotting is also called harness racing, and it isn't a surprise Nikola Jokic made that answer considering he received his 2021-22 award in Serbia while riding a horse at his stable. Little did fans know that the Nuggets leader was already hinting about his future at the time.

But hey, at just 27 years old, Jokic has plenty of years left to play in the NBA. He is still as determined as ever to win a title with the Nuggets franchise, and that's what is important for Denver fans.
