An epic parody of the trailer for the upcoming Warner Bros. thriller film, “Joker,” featuring Denver Nuggets big man Nikola Jokic is currently making its rounds on social media.

Affectionately nicknamed as the NBA's “Joker” due to his light-hearted demeanor, Jokic seemed like a perfect fit for the parody. In fact, at around the 0:55 mark of the clip, the 23-year-old did look a bit like Joaquin Phoenix, who is playing the starring role of The Joker in the upcoming, highly-anticipated film.

Props to the editors of this video as they did an absolutely amazing job patching together some clips from Jokic's career and perfectly superimposing it over Pheonix's commentary.

Jokic was all business on Friday night, though, as he helped the Nuggets to a 119-110 victory against the Portland Trail Blazers. The Serbian put up 22 points (on 9-of-15 shooting), one three-pointer, 13 rebounds, nine assists, two steals, and a block in 37 minutes of action.

The Nuggets have now put together two consecutive wins, as they continue to chase the defending champs, the Golden State Warriors, for the top seed in the Western Conference. It is now, however, out of their hands, as they can still end up with the second seed even if they win their three remaining games. Denver will need to get a major assist from the Warriors, who will have to lose all three of their final games to give the Nuggets a chance at the top spot.
