Nikola Jokic of the Denver Nuggets just hit the game-winning tip-in against the Sacramento Kings.

In a pick-and-roll play, Jokic was tasked to roll to the hoop en route for a possible lay-up. The Serbian missed but had enough presence of mind to jump up and tip the ball in. And he did exactly just that with 0.3 seconds and left on the clock. His shot proved to be the game-winner. The Nuggets won, 120-118.

Jokic, one of the MVP candidates this season, finished with a triple-double — 20 points, 18 rebounds, and 11 assists. Veteran forward Paul Millsap chipped in a double-double with 25 points and 13 rebounds. Other contributors were Malik Beasley with 21 points, Will Barton with 13 points, and Jamal Murray with 10. The win brings the Nuggets' record to 39-18. They have now won back-to-back games after losing three straight.

The Kings, meanwhile, have fallen to 30-27. The latter half of the season will be critical for the Kings who have a chance at qualifying for the playoffs. But their chances would depend on their performance, as well as the performance against Western teams in the seventh to 10th spot. These teams include the San Antonio Spurs, the L.A. Clippers, and the Los Angeles Lakers.
