Justin Kluivert is now close to join OGC Nice from AS Roma. Christophe Galtier is pushing directly with the Dutch winger – the two clubs are set to reach an agreement. Deal at final stages.
The Dutch attacker is coming off from a year-long loan spell at RB Leipzig in Germany's Bundesliga. Kluivert finished the season with 3 goals and 1 assist in 18 appearances for the German club per transfermarkt.com. The winger struggled often in his stints with AS Roma and RB Leipzig, failing to replicate his form in his boyhood club, AFC Ajax, wherein he scored 13 goals and registered 10 assists in the Eredivisie, the top tier league of Dutch football. However, Kluivert showed some glimpses of his potential when given the chance to start in his last 2 clubs, The 22-year-old demonstrates similar abilities with his dad, the famous Ajax and Barcelona striker, Patrick Kluivert. He possesses pace, technique, dribbling skills, and the ability to pass just like his old man.

The transfer to OGC Nice would be a fresh start for Kluivert, as he will try to prove himself and compete for a spot in Christopher Galtier's starting XI.
