Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin has never been one to mince his words. He's not afraid to speak what is on his mind regardless of what the feedback will be.

The former Alabama offensive coordinator and his Ole Miss team won't be playing the Crimson Tide in Week 4 but it didn't stop Kiffin from bringing up how the one-time transfer rule benefits Nick Saban's team in a major way, per ESPN.

“Now they go to cherry-pick players for any holes they may have like an Ohio State receiver [Jameson Williams] or a Tennessee linebacker [Henry To'o To'o],” Kiffin said. “So now, it's like not only do they get the best draft picks but they get to go into free agency and take players, so it really is going to set up one of the most talented teams ever, which is what we're getting ready to play.”

Kiffin was not ripping Alabama for this, he was merely pointing out how the rule changes help the better teams get better while Ole Miss strives to get to that stage at some point.

Saban has spoken out as recently as this past summer about how he too believes the rule change allowing for a one-time transfer for athletes where they wouldn't have to sit out benefits the better programs.

“I think what's gonna happen, as you've seen happen in a lot of leagues, the good players go to a good team and the bad players leave good teams because they're not playing,” Saban said earlier this year. “Is that gonna make the rich get richer? I don't know. You can decide that.”

Those two players Kiffin mentioned (Williams and To'o To'o) lead Alabama in receiving yards and tackles, respectively. The Ole Miss matchup in a couple of weeks should be a good one.
