The Philadelphia Fusion Overwatch organization announced that their player Alarm is dead at age 20.

The Philadelphia Fusion team announced that their player Kim “Alarm” Kyeong-Bo has unexpectedly died on Sunday, November 7, 2021. No cause of death has been specified, and the family has asked for privacy over details surrounding his death.

Alarm started his career in 2016 at the age of 15. He was one of the scene's rising stars, leading Fusion University to victory in multiple Overwatch Contenders Majors. He would transition to the main Philadelphia Fusion roster and compete in the Overwatch League as the team's flex support player. He last competed in the Overwatch League Playoffs back in September.

About Alarm's death, Philadelphia Fusion announced:

“We are devastated and heartbroken to hear about Kim “Alarm” Kyeong-Bo's passing. Alarm was the heart and soul of the organization, and our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends as we mourn this tragic loss.

The Kim family and the Fusion ask for privacy during this incredibly difficult time.”
