Caris LeVert's time as a member of the Indiana Pacers may soon be over. Trade rumors are swirling feverishly about him and several other Pacers. The possibility of being moved didn't shake LeVert against the Los Angeles Lakers, as he led a hard-fought 111-104 Indiana win in Crypto.com Arena, scoring 30 points and grabbing eight rebounds.

According to James Boyd of the Indianapolis Star, LeVert broke Reggie Miller's regular-season record for most points in the fourth quarter by scoring 22 against the Lakers. The Pacers legend has scored more in the playoffs but his regular-season record is 21 points.

Although he scored the bulk of his points in just that quarter, LeVert said he felt good from the get-go.

“Honestly, I felt (like I was in the zone) from the start of the game. I felt great, my body felt great and I'm locked in,” LeVert said. “I had two dunks in the first five minutes. I don't even know the last time I did that. The fouls were definitely furstrating, but like I said, my teammates really kept me in it.”

The Pacers didn't make it out of Los Angles scratch-free, as Domantas Sabonis suffered an ankle sprain. The win improved Indiana to a record of just 16-29 on the year. There seems to be no part forward for the Pacers other than to retool the roster.

LeVert, Sabonis, Myles Turner and several other Pacers may have new homes in a few weeks. With Turner sidelined with a foot injury, LeVert seems like the most likely player to be dealt away. Whether he stays or goes, he'll have his name etched in Pacers history.
