In what was potentially a first-round Eastern Conference playoff matchup, the Indiana Pacers and Philadelphia 76ers went down to the wire on Tuesday night. Sixers star center Joel Embiid and Pacers center Myles Turner had themselves quite a duel and led their respective squads in scoring.

However, even though Turner absolutely loves to play against Embiid, he is still a little bit bugged by the flopping the Sixers big man seemingly gets away with.

Following the Pacers' 101-98 road victory over the Sixers at Wells Fargo Center last night, Turner opened up to Clifton Brown of the Indianapolis Star regarding the matchup he had with Embiid.

“I always have fun playing against Joel, because he’s so versatile and does a lot of great things. I hope he’s listening,” Turner said with a big smile. “He needs to stop flopping. It’s just annoying, man.”

On the night, Turner had a monster effort for the Pacers and led the team in scoring with 25 points on an impressive 9-of-12 shooting from the field, to go along with six rebounds and one steal. Indiana got the win despite a terrific performance from Embiid, in which he had a game-high 29 points on 11-of-22 shooting from the floor, 12 rebounds, four assists, and three blocked shots in 33 minutes of action.

Will we see these two talented teams in the first round of the playoffs? As of right now, it sure seems like it will happen. The Pacers' schedule doesn't get any easier as they host the top-seeded Toronto Raptors on Thursday night at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
