Myles Turner is one of the hottest names on the market as the trade deadline fast approaches. Unfortunately for he and the Indiana Pacers, though, finding Turner a new home before February 10th could be complicated by his health.

The Pacers announced that Turner won't play in Monday's game against the LA Clippers due to a sore left foot. He's set to get additional consultation on his injury while traveling with the team on its current five-game road trip.

Turner has emerged as likely trade bait for Indiana after it was reported in early December that the team planned to break up its core to revamp the roster on the fly. Two days later, the sixth-year big man went on the record with The Athletic detailing his desire for a bigger offensive role—with the Pacers or another team.

Turner is averaging 12.9 points, 7.1 rebounds and a league-leading 2.8 blocks per game this season. Though he's struggled somewhat from beyond the arc, shooting just 33.3% on career-high volume, Turner has compensated by making 66.2% of his twos, an elite number and easy personal best.

The Portland Trail Blazers, Dallas Mavericks, Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks, Charlotte Hornets and Minnesota Timberwolves are among the teams reportedly interested in trading for Turner. He has one season remaining on the four-year, $80 million rookie contract extension he signed in 2018 before ecoming a free agent in the summer of 2023.
