Indiana Pacers starting center Myles Turner has been fined $15,000 by the NBA for flipping off a Philadelphia 76ers' fan during Friday’s game in Philly.

As he was going to the bench in the second quarter, Myles Turner gave the bird to the Sixers crowd. The incident was caught on camera.

Turner took to Twitter to apologize for his actions, but he's still going to have to pay the fine.

Even though the Pacers defeated the Sixers, it was a rough night for Turner. The big man finished with just eight points and five rebounds in 16 minutes. He was in foul trouble for most of the game, as Sixers star Joel Embiid dominated and finished the night with 40 points and 21 rebounds.

Luckily for Turner, he signed a lucrative four-year, $72 million extension with the Pacers in October, so he has the money to pay for this fine. Like Turner said, sometimes players get in the heat of the moment and do things they regret later.

The Pacers are 19-10 on the season, good for third place in the Eastern Conference. Turner is averaging 12.3 points and 6.6 rebounds per game and shooting 48.8 percent from the floor, 35.4 percent from beyond the arc and 70.8 percent from the free-throw line.
