The Indiana Pacers are flying under the radar, but Myles Turner believes his team has a lot of weapons. Furthermore, Turner believes his team is starting to play with confidence, even though Victor Oladipo has yet to return from a knee injury.

“We have a lot of weapons on this team,” Myles Turner said to the Associated Press, “and now everybody is playing with confidence.”

The Pacers might not have the flashy names of some of the other Eastern Conference contenders, but they are quietly a threat in the East. Domantas is quickly turning into a dynamic big man while Turner is controlling the paint on both ends. Additionally, Bojan Bogdanovic is taking on an increased role in Oladipo's absence. Furthermore, the Pacers are deep with veterans like Thaddeus Young, Tyreke Evans, Cory Joseph, and Darren Collison.

The Pacers might not have the star power of their counterparts in the East like the Boston Celtics, Toronto Raptors, Philadelphia 76ers, and Milwaukee Bucks. But they do have a solid team from top-to-bottom. When Oladipo returns, the Pacers will be able to start hitting their stride.

The Pacers may have a tough road ahead in a surprisingly competitive East, but they should be a tough out for any team in a seven-game series. Indiana has a collection of talented and perhaps underappreciated players on the roster. They nearly knocked off LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round of the playoffs last season.

That group is another year wiser and perhaps they're ready to take the next step forward.
