Indiana Pacers shooting guard Victor Oladipo says power forward Domantas Sabonis should be an All-Star this season.

Sabonis is putting up career numbers this season for the Pacers, who have 26 wins despite Oladipo not playing a single game yet:

In 38 games for the Pacers this season, Sabonis is averaging 18.1 points, 13.1 rebounds and 4.3 assists. He's shooting an impressive 53.0 percent from the field, 25.0 percent from beyond the arc and 72.8 percent from the free-throw line.

Sabonis and Malcolm Brogdon have been carrying the Pacers in the absence of Oladipo, who will make his season debut on Jan. 29 against the Chicago Bulls. Oladipo has recovered from a ruptured quad tendon in his knee. The Pacers and their fans can’t wait to see Oladipo on the floor again with Sabonis and Co.

Oladipo averaged 18.8 points, 5.6 rebounds and 5.2 assists for the Pacers last season before he got hurt. The All-Star shot 42.3 percent from the field, 34.3 percent from beyond the arc and 73.0 percent from the free-throw line.

Brogdon, when healthy, has been stellar for Indiana on offense sans Oladipo. His job will get a lot easier once Oladipo is back and playing like the All-Star he is and hopefully the duo can stay on the court and help Indiana make a run.
