Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic is not an easy player to guard, and Indiana Pacers forward TJ Warren can attest to that fact after facing the Mavs phenom on Sunday night.

Warren saw his night cut short due to foul trouble in the Pacers' road game versus the Mavs inside the American Airlines Center. The 6-foot-8 swingman fouled Doncic thrice in a span of 15 seconds.

With less than four minutes left in regulation, the Pacers put up their best wing defender, Warren, to try and slow down the Slovenian stud. The 6-foot-8 swingman got called for his fourth personal foul after trying to poke the ball away from Doncic in the low-block.

The pair went at it again on the low-post in the ensuing possession, as the Mavs youngster once again baited Warren for another personal foul — just seconds after the previous call.

Aware his defender already has five fouls, the 21-year-old sophomore used a nifty head fake to get Warren off his feet. Doncic absorbed the contact and got himself to the line. Making matters worse for Indy, Warren's disqualifying foul also got them into the penalty.

The Pacers, however, still managed to escape with a close 112-109 victory over the Mabs. TJ Warren had 16 points and eight boards before fouling out. Luka Doncic, on the other hand, led Dallas with 36 points, 10 rebounds, and eight assists.
