Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones isn't too concerned with Aaron Rodgers' ability to work effectively with new head coach Matt LaFleur.

The Packers are hoping for a quick turnaround in LaFleur's first season on the job, and with Rodgers under center, there's plenty of optimism that the new staff will be able to lead the team in the right direction.

Of course, that is dependent on the chemistry between LaFleur and Rodgers, which could take a little time to develop.

However, Jones doesn't think that will be a problem given Rodgers' willingness to be coached.

From Michael David Smith of Pro Football Talk:

Jones said on NFL Network that he has no doubts about Rodgers’ ability to work with new head coach Matt LaFleur.

“I don’t think Aaron will have a problem,” Jones said. “He’ll pick it up very quickly. He’s coachable, and he wants to win, and he’s a team player, and he’s a leader, so we’re all going to get behind our leader and we’re going to be ready to go this year.”

Both Rodgers and Jones will play a key role in the offense again next season, and with more consistency in several areas, Green Bay should be competing for an NFC North title.

It's going to be a big offseason for the Packers, and LaFleur and company are likely already plotting key moves that will help the team get back on track in a hurry.
