Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has broken New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's record for consecutive passes without an interception.

Rodgers has been on a roll early on in the team's game against the Atlanta Falcons, which has allowed the Packers to rack up a 34-7 lead midway through the third quarter.

But the star quarterback has set another record for his career, and it's one that is among his most impressive yet.

From Packers writer Wed Hodkiewicz:

Whoever makes those Tom Brady graphics, well here's another one for you. Aaron Rodgers snaps Brady's streak with 359 attempts with an INT with 24-yard TD pass to Randall Cobb

So, not only does Rodgers get the record, but he does it on a play that resulted in a touchdown pass. Sounds about right when you consider how good the Packers quarterback has been during his career.

It hasn't been the smoothest season for Green Bay, as the team is a week removed from firing former head coach Mike McCarthy. However, while Rodgers has had his struggles, he's still been effective.

He entered the game with 3,504 yards through the air and 21 touchdowns, while throwing just a single interception all season.

The Packers will likely miss the playoffs for a second straight season, but the future should be pretty bright for the franchise as long as Rodgers is continuing to set records under center.
