Tight end Jimmy Graham is entering year two with the Green Bay Packers. According to Aaron Rodgers, this is going to be a major bounce-back season for him.

A lot of people are quick to judge how Jimmy Graham's first season with the Green Bay Packers went. The consensus seems to be that he simply wasn't good. However, if you actually take a step back and look at it – season one was pretty solid.

Graham finished with 55 receptions for 636 yards. That's just two fewer receptions than he had the year before, and 116 yards more.

The significant difference was in touchdowns. In 2017, Graham racked up 1o receiving touchdowns – last season though he had just two.

Due to that, he wasn't all that great as a fantasy tight end. In today's world, that's how a lot of people judge talent in the NFL.

With all this in mind, a “bounce back” year could definitely be in the works for the tight end. Graham and Rodgers have now had another year to get comfortable with each other. That could lead to the quarterback trusting the tight end in the red zone more.

With a few more end zone targets coming his way, Graham could easily sneak back up over five touchdowns. There's no reason to believe his other stats won't stay the same, or even improve as well.

The Packers lost Randall Cobb this offseason, meaning there's one less big-name mouth to feed. Graham is now undisputedly Green Bay's second-best target behind Davante Adams.

All of this is adding up to another strong season from Graham. Stronger than last year. Even though 2018 wasn't nearly as bad as most people believe, 2019 could still be that bounce back year everyone's hoping for.
