The 2022 season is quickly approaching as mandatory OTAs are set to kickoff. It's been an interesting time for the Green Bay Packers, as the franchise has dealt with some massive drama over the last few years. However, everything is settling down now, especially with Aaron Rodgers' latest decision.

According to Tom Pelissero, the Packers superstar quarterback will be present for the mandatory minicamp. Some were a bit concerned after Aaron Rodgers skipped voluntary OTAs. However, considering the veteran quarterback has years of experience playing at a high level, it's completely fine of him to skip anything voluntary at this point in his career.

Green Bay is in a great position to repeat as the NFC North champions yet again. The defense is one of the best in the league on paper while the offense is still led by Aaron Rodgers. We might see a new style of offense for this team though, as the wide receiver core is in shambles after the front office traded away Davante Adams. Regardless, Rodgers makes up for the lack of pass options, as he is one of the best quarterbacks in the league.

Minicamp will be detrimental to the Packers' success in the 2022 season. Aaron Rodgers must build chemistry with several new faces in the wide receiver room. This will be especially crucial to the development of Christian Watson, who is a rookie attempting to fill some big shoes. The wide receiver room will be closely monitored throughout the remainder of the offseason, as they could make or break Green Bay's Super Bowl hopes this year.

Look for Rodgers to make some noise this season, as there is a real chance it is his last with the Green Bay Packers.
