The Green Bay Packers are riding high after their last second, game-winning field goal over the San Francisco 49ers in Week 3. The win moved Matt LaFleur's team to 2-1 on the season and they have looked far better than the squad that took the field Week 1 against the New Orleans Saints.

Aaron Rodgers has to be enjoying the changes from Week 1 that have resulted in two wins as more excitement and optimism swirls around. Per Jason Wilde of The Athletic, Rodgers is also seeing plenty of growth within the Packers' front office.

“From a day-to-day (perspective), guys I see and talk to every day, guys like Preston Smith, and Allen Lazard, and Robert Tonyan, just the things that they talk about, that they’re into, I see a lot of growth in those guys. I see a lot of growth in other areas, too. Guys in the front office, coaches, and that’s really exciting to me.

“I’m not taking credit for any of it. I think that’d be the most egotistical thing to do. But I do know that part of my role is to continue to speak about things that are important to me, and positive and growth and that mindset is very important to me. And to see other people making those decisions to change and grow and better themselves is really cool.”

Seeing Rodgers mention specific growth and referencing the front office for the Packers is far different from him mentioning almost everybody this summer except the front office when asked about why he came back.

This isn't much to do about nothing as Rodgers has always been one to pick his words carefully when speaking. Perhaps Brian Gutekunst and Mark Murphy are finally listening to the Packers' superstar quarterback and taking in some of his input.

It's all good vibes in Green Bay for the Packers right now.
