Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers head into their NFC Divisional Round matchup with the San Francisco 49ers on Saturday night as a clear favorite, but it looks like they're going to be missing a key offensive weapon.

Wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling, who picked up a back injury in Week 18 against the Detroit Lions, is still recovering and expected to be sidelined for this playoff showdown.

This is definitely unfortunate for Rodgers, who likes to get Valdes-Scantling involved. The 27-year-old had 26 catches and 430 yards receiving this season, featuring in 11 games. He also had three touchdowns. Thankfully, Green Bay still has superstar Davante Adams, Allen Lazard, and running backs AJ Dillon and Aaron Jones available. They both play a huge part in the Packers' attack downfield and, of course, on the ground.

Nevertheless, Matt LaFleur's squad will be confident in their ability to come out victorious here. Adams and Lazard alone have racked up over 2,000 yards in the air in 2021, with Adams leading the way with a whopping 1,553 on 123 catches. The 49ers will definitely be defending him extremely closely, which could open up more opportunities for the other wideouts on this Packers roster.

If the team does get past San Francisco, LaFleur will certainly be hoping Marquez Valdes-Scantling could return to the fold in the NFC Title Game.
