The Green Bay Packers notched arguably their most pivotal win of the season thus far on Sunday, defeating the Dallas Cowboys by a score of 34-24 to improve to 4-1.

Afterward, Aaron Rodgers spoke about how much better the Packers' chemistry is this year.

“I just think we're a more connected team this year,” said Rodgers, according to Matt Schneidman of The Athletic. “We're enjoying each other a little more. We like each other a little more. We hang out with each other. The locker room is a raucous environment, whether it's a Monday or whether it's right after a big win. I just think guys really play for each other more and we have that chemistry because of the leadership that we have that maybe we’ve been lacking the last couple years.”

Rodgers completed 22 of his 34 passes for 238 yards in the win, but the star of the show was running back Aaron Jones, who carried the ball 19 times for 107 yards and four touchdowns.

Green Bay jumped out to a 17-0 lead over the Cowboys at halftime and never looked back.

Rodgers himself was heavily criticized for his questionable leadership abilities last season, as the Packers went 6-9-1 and missed the playoffs for the second straight year.

However, former head coach Mike McCarthy has also been lambasted for the same reason, and now that Matt LaFleur has replaced him at the helm, it's entirely possible that there has been an attitude change in Green Bay's locker room.

The Packers will play host to the Detroit Lions next Sunday.
