The last time Aaron Rodgers played against the Seattle Seahawks at Century Link Field, the Packers were just a score away from making it back to the Super Bowl, and it's something that Rodgers is clearly not over. Rodgers was asked about the game on Tuesday and he made it clear that it's something still on his mind.

“That game will always be frustrating,” Rodgers said via 24/7 Sports. “You think about how it went down. The non-offsides call and the pick by [Richard] Sherman and everything else that happened along the way. Getting six points in two possessions inside the five and obviously how well our defense played and us not being able to finish that game off there in the fourth quarter. [We] give them a chance to come back [with the] onside kick. The sting is probably never going to go away from that one.”

The Packers were up 19-7 heading into the 4th quarter in the game before the Seahawks made a big comeback to force overtime.  Rodgers clearly hasn't gotten over it, but the Packers have had a lot of turnover since then, and Rodgers knows it's something that can't be on his mind when the two face off on Thursday.

“That's ancient history for a lot of us,” Rodgers said who is one of the few players where on the roster the last time the Packers played in Seattle. “We just have to get settled in there with our young guys and get a feel for how that noise affects communication.”

This is a must-win game for both teams as they try to make a push for the playoffs, with the loser probably not having a chance to get to the playoffs.
