Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams decided to take some fan questions on Twitter on Friday, and former NFL wideout Chad Johnson decided to stop by.

But what question could Johnson possibly have for Adams?

Well, he laid down a little bit of a challenge and accused Adams of ducking him, to which Adams responded in kind:

While Adams has quite a long way to go to match Johnson's sustained production in the NFL, he is certainly off to a good start.

The 27-year-old, who played his collegiate football at Fresno State, was originally selected by the Packers in the second round (53rd pick overall) of the 2014 NFL Draft.

He had a quiet first couple of seasons in the pros, failing to crack 500 yards in 2014 or 2015. But in 2016, Adams broke out, catching 75 passes for 997 yards and 10 touchdowns.

The Redwood City, Calif., native has gone on to make three straight Pro Bowl appearances since then. Most recently, Adams hauled in 83 receptions for 997 yards and five scores in 2019. It should be noted that a toe injury limited Adams to 12 games, so his numbers took a hit.

Adams' best season came in 2018, when he snared 111 balls for 1,386 yards while reaching the end zone 13 times for the Packers.

As for Johnson? The 42-year-old spent 11 seasons in the NFL, with 10 of them coming with the Cincinnati Bengals. During that time, he made six Pro Bowl appearances while earning a couple of First-Team All-Pro selections. Johnson also led the league in receiving yards in 2006 and posted six straight 1,000-yard campaigns between 2002 and 2007.
