The Green Bay Packers suffered a shocking 20-17 home loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, and it has plenty of fans and former players talking.
It was a day to forget for Aaron Rodgers and company as they were never able to find a rhythm, suffering their seventh loss of the season.
And while the defeat had to be a head-scratching one for the Packers, the feeling was mutual with at least one former player.
LeRoy Butler, who served as a star safety for the team for 11 years and won one Super Bowl title, took to Twitter to comment on the performance by his former team.
And let's just say that he wasn't happy.
This has to be the most embarrassing losses in recent @packers history, you agree? Or overreacting a bit?

Judging by the replies to his tweet, he clearly wasn't the only one that thought the Packers were completely underwhelming.
Butler followed that up with another tweet, which shared thoughts on the status of head coach Mike McCarthy and where the franchise should go from here.
There is really no need to fire MM THE TEAM STILL WILL BE BAD,just finish the season strong, i know 80% of fans don’t want to hear that! , trust me I’m not happy but the @packers still a classy organization, and shouldn’t stoop to levels of teams like the Browns

Of course, the whole situation wasn't helped by the fact that it was Arizona's first road win against Green Bay since 1949. The Cardinals were 2-9 on the season entering the game, with both wins coming against the San Francisco 49ers.
The Packers will try to get back on the right track next week when they host the Falcons.
However, it's clear that things aren't right with Aaron Rodgers and company right now, and McCarthy's seat has never been hotter.
